A little rant from me to you.

What's the deal with car taxes being based on the value of the car?? The cost of cars is going up much faster than inflation, therefore we should have excess funds for the highway department. Makes me wonder why our roads aren't in perfect condition - isn't that what car taxes are for? Someone's pocket is getting fat. Damn government.
