Fuel Efficiency.

ok. this is the third time I've written this. had a little problem. Anyway, I wrote my senator about the fuel efficiency CAFE standards issue, and expressed my extreme unhappiness with the senate's descision. If they'd maybe put the funds and time towards researcxh of fuel cells or something, maybe we wouldn't ahve these problem to begin with. geniuses.
