The Sabbatical idea

The BBC has a great idea - give it's employees a 6 month sebbatical, to work in another field and get paid their regular wage... all to bring new ideas into the company. Damn good idea. I'd love to be a carpenter for 6 months. maybe even just 3. Give my brain a rest.
