WSCL - Web Services Conversation Language

Looks like HP is trying to get in on the Web Services bandwagon - they've submitted a note for a "a simple conversation language standard that can be used for various Web-service protocols and frameworks." I think XML-RPC, SOAP, and WDSL are enough, don't you? XML Coverpages also has a Nice Article.
