First SlideML to SVG XSL

Finished the first version of the XSL to convert SlideML data into SVG.

Current Issues:

• does not handle different xsi:types for s:address
• does not format any of the data using the specified XHTML tags

Future feature in the works

• "Thumbnail" view - click a button, and a new interface appears allowing you to select the slide to jump to via a thumbnail.
