27 bottles of wine on the wall, 27 bottles of wine... I've bottled 27 bottles of the wine. Finally. I added an additional 2 cups of sugar to the final 5 gallons of apple wine. Maybe a bit too sweet, but I'm learning.

Stawberry wine is next.

I bought a 2 gallon apothecary jar to ferment the wine in. pictures to come.
